The training was simple and easy to follow (although I struggled a little with my coordination with the walking session). None of the actions /verbal commands used were threatening as demonstrated by my pup's relaxed responses. Muffie responded both very well and very quickly to the trainer's commands. Philip was also very patient and non-critical in his teaching approach with me. Will definitely be adhering to the daily training requirements prior to his next visit. Muffie actually appeared to enjoy it.

Muffie is a gorgeous 1 year old Jack Russell x Pug (a Jug!) and cute as a boot! Her big issues were barking at night and sleeping on the bed, uninvited. Her owner is a retired person and loves her to bits. Both human and Jug did super well. I’ll be back to assist further. Well done so far!

It was wonderful. The loose lead training was amazing. I can't believe how well Ace walked on the lead. The most valuable part of the service to me is the encouragement. It is easy to feel lost and want to give up but to have the moral support from Hugh has been very helpful and given us the motivation to keep going with the practice.

We meet Stefanie Budiman for the first time today, to get some training for our Moodle, Abby. Stefanie was very professional and friendly, knowledgeable and explained the procedure on how to go about training our dog. We were both pleased that even after the sessions with Stefanie that there is a life time support all over Australia if we need it. Highly recommend Bark Busters.

Val was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!. In ONE 2 hr session the difference was astounding. We have never seen Molly so calm and respond so well to our commands, I honestly could not believe it.
Val made us feel comfortable and didn't make us feel
As though we were bad dog parents or that we were in trouble for doing things wrong. She put things in lamens terms and didn't beat around the bush.
If you are having any kind of issues, Val is the woman to see. We could not give her a higher recommendation!

Within only the first few minutes could already see a big difference in the training and behavioural processes. Philip is very knowledgable and very patient. Taught us many great skills to practice and put us control of our little ones. Recommended.

Goblin & Gremlin are about a year old, sibling brothers and Chihauhuas. Goblin was aggressive to strangers and had nipped some. Both barked and a neighbour had complained. We say that they can be good little guys and they learned to stay away from the front door when a new person arrives. Their parents couldn't believe how quickly they responded and calmed down once the Bark Busters' techniques were used upon my arrival. There's some simple homework to practice and I'll be back when their humans need me!

Heather was absolutely AMAZING! Heather was professional and listened to everything we had to say about our dog without any judgement. She gave us simple techniques to use with Ava and for the first time I have been able to walk Ava without her pulling or causing a fuss! Heather was so easy to talk to and I am already seeing massive changes in Ava already from her recall to her not pulling on the lead to even waiting for us to walk inside first before her! We are looking forward to coming to the park meet ups very soon! Thank you so much Heather!

Extremely happy with Faith's service. She made us feel comfortable before, during and after the session. We saw instant results with our dog DJ. He was extremely scared of strangers, however within 2 days he was happily around strangers and 100% calmer. We couldn't be happier with the results and thank Faith so much.

Extremely pleased with the training and couldn't believe the change after one lesson. It was very interesting and I learnt tips I can use with my other dogs. I found the training different to what I've done before but the results where quicker.

I can now enjoy my dog! And Willow can enjoy life. Stress level for both of us greatly reduced. Was ecstatic that a problem I had had with Willow for months was overcome within 1 hour. I needed as much training as Willow and everything was done in an easy, relaxed manner.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the results. Glen was wonderful with George, his techniques got instant results. George was very reactive with other dogs, dominant and aggressive, making walking him an unpleasant experience. After just one session George settled down and became a much more pleasant dog. I'm looking forward to our next session to see what else can be achieved. I would highly recommend Glen, especially if you think your dog can't be helped because Glen can work miracles.

So happy with Glen!! Kodas behaviour has changed dramatically already and after my first session i felt so much relief and let go of so much stress I didn't know I was holding in. Already feel so much closer to him (Koda) and the training is nice and easy to follow! Think the price is well worth it!! Koda was aggressive, generally naughty, anxious and highly hyperactive, jumping up, digging etc etc and he has been so much better only after two weeks and seems so much happier as a dog! Wish i could have filmed kodas first meeting with glenn compared to the second was amazing
