We contacted Bark Busters after our Labradoodle pup was receiving some ‘grumbles’ of complaints from our neighbours regarding her barking while we were not home. While we had tried many techniques to resolve the issue ourselves, though we were struggling to find a solution to stop the barking while we were not physically home to be able to do so. And so we came to Bark Busters! After just one consolation with Maureen, we saw an immediate noticeable improvement in our pups behavior, both a reduction in barking and improvement in her overall responsiveness to commands & the re-establishment of authority in the household. All achieved through the implementation of a few small (but very effective) changes! Maureen was an absolute pleasure to work with! She took the time to make sure she understood the situation & circumstances of which we needed her help to address and provided a thorough approach to solve for each! She ensured that we understood fully the reasoning and theory behind each task/change & provided very refreshing clarity for all of our questions as they popped up! Since our first consultation, and subsequent follow up appointment/s Maureen has made sure to keep in contact & be available for any questions we have had & any extra support we have required. We couldn’t recommend Bark Busters/Maureen more highly! She has been a tremendous source of information; clarity & guidance and we’ve seen remarkable results (very quickly) in our pup. We couldn’t be more thankful!

Omg what a change in less than 3 hrs, we needed to merge our households, Blue Heeler x that really does dislike anyone except her Staffy x brother… add a ShiPoo male and Chihuahua that thinks she’s 10ft tall… sounds like a recipe for disaster. Some basic training and discussion about diet and we have 4 very different dogs. Thank you, Glen, absolutely blown away but so happy we cal all live together now.

Our BarkBusters trainer (Maureen) has been awesome. We have a golden retriever puppy (energetic to day the least) and saw an instant improvement in a multitude of areas after the first visit. Fast forward 2 months and she is like a different dog. We have seen continued improvement and is an absolute joy to have around. Can recommend Maureen highly enough.

Thank you Maureen for your time, wealth of information about dogs and their behaviours, and simple and practical tips/training exercises that we could use straight away to help George become a happier and more settled member of our family. Had the pleasure of working with Ric and our two girls, a 4 year old Bull Arab and a 3 year old kelpie. Our dogs had been having some sibling rivalry which had become too much to manage without keeping them separate. Our Bull Arab is often stubborn but was immediately Ric's best friend and listened intently to Ric's practice and training. Our Kelpie who likes attention was sitting and listening to Ric's instruction and was first time we had seen her not bother a visitor for attention. Both girls were very engaged and attentive to the training and responded very well, it was clear they were enjoying being challenged and learning. For myself and my partner, Ric was excellent in training us as well so we can continue to train our girls to so they feel happy and safe. The training style is very informative and Ric is not judgmental and very supportive, with an approach that while most dog owners do things right, we don't speak dog and we can always be better.

Ric came out to help my beautiful English Staffy Lucifer, completing and exceeded my expectations. We had Lucifer not only doing what I had hoped but more, the on going support and how easy it all has been has been fantastic, have already recommended him to other family and friends
