In short, the lesson was brilliant! Hugh delivered it in a manner that was very easy to understand, and we started seeing results on the day! He has left us with a toolkit of techniques (and general understanding) that will allow us to take Jem to the next level, and beyond. We are now feeling really optimistic about Jem moving forward. The program was worth every cent....we will be recommending you guys to our family and friends (we have already shared our experience on a Facebook forum where people often ask for recommendations).

Within the time that Glen arrived and the time that Glen left Izzy was already a much more relaxed and happy dog. I was surprised at first, having had other training, it was different, but it is the only thing to work so far! I was worried we would be "told off" for our previous training techniques, but Glen made us feel at ease. A very 'people person' as well as a great trainer.

Easy, simple training techniques that are perfect to slip into your day to day routine. Theo was under control almost immediately. Glen goes out of his way to ensure that you understand why you need/are using the techniques. He has an amazing understanding of animal behaviour.

Peter is very professional and dedicated trainer. The instruction and tips were clear and very well explained. His confidence and patience are the number one quality. During the three hours session the dog transformation from a naughty to a well behaved puppy was incredible.

Shelby's training session yesterday was excellent she went from being disobedient with Maureen and difficult to control at times to being an obedient puppy. Being a Border Collie I had an idea what she would be like as the breed tend to have a natural instinct to herd and within 5 minutes Peter had her obeying his simple but very effective commands. Shelby also had a habit of nipping at hands and legs as well as feet and clothing. The technique that Peter demonstrated to us has her almost under complete control with this problem. He has provided us with an easy to follow guide to assist inShelby's ongoing training to make sure we have the tools to look after her through her life. Thank you Peter and Barkbusters for an excellent result.

I HAVE A DIFFERENT DOG! Actually, within the first hour of training with Catharina, I had a different dog. The training was so effective and I honestly believe this is primarily because of Catharina's approach and direction. She did not judge or try to correct/point out my failures, but rather jumped straight in with a "clean canvas" and we started from scratch. I feel that she has restored my confidence as a dog owner and has also instilled that sense of leadership in me, which Augie has responded to. I cannot thank her enough because as a person who has always had dogs, I was saddened to think I might not have them ever again as I was struggling with Augie. Augie himself took to the new way straight away and apart from a few minor jump ups and forgetting manners now and then at the door, he understands what is expected of him and follows through. Lead training got a bit boring by end of two weeks, as he did all the right things so there was nothing for me to correct him on.!!! We have been able to venture further from home, in the streets, and he does really well. Almost perfect! He now responds to his name as a positive thing. Augie is more attentive, less over-excited and has made life for us all a lot more relaxed. Everyone in the house follows the training methods so it works for all of us. I have noted the other two dogs at home have responded as well. We have followed all recommendations with regards to diet and have followed the actual training programme about 95% of the time ( I had to go away so relied on Mum and the Kennel people to assist and keep up the basics). I cannot put into words how highly I recommend Catharina and Bark Busters. Money well spent for Augie and for me and the family.

My family and I enjoyed the basic class with Hugh and our 10 month old Jack Russell pup Rocky.Hugh recommended all the right training aids for Rocky he has made lots of progress since the initial session .We have recommended Bark Busters to several of our friends. Lee Eastough

Angela is a fantastic trainer, she was very patient and taught us so many little tricks that really work. The first baaaah may have sounded a bit sheep like but once you get the hang of it, it really works. We were amazed by how different Abby was after one lesson. We booked a second lesson as we were having issues walking on a lead, Abby is too friendly an nosy for her own good so it's hard to keep her focus. I love how simple but effective Angela's training was, she is great and I would highly recommend her to anyone

My dog was a puppy mill rescue and had severe anxiety issues. John gave me tips and techniques to help Moet enjoy life outside of a cage. Extremely happy with her progress.
