We’ve only just begun our training journey with Philippa, but the difference already is incredible. There’s still a way to go, but the progress we’ve seen so far is so motivating. Philippa is knowledgeable, passionate, and wonderfully accessible, the level of support has gone far beyond what we expected. Instructions were clear, thorough, and provided both in writing and on the day, which really helped things click. The way she explained our challenges made everything feel simple and achievable. We’re so excited to keep learning and supporting Mushu (even if I still need to work on my “BAH”!).

What can I say, it was such a blessing to have met Ken. I rang Ken explaining the situation that we were having with our female Australian Bulldog , she started being aggressive to guests and to my daughter which lives with us and attacked her for no reason and we were fearing for her safety and for ourselves as well. Ken listened to everything that had happened and asked a lot of question about our dog. He explained over the phone what to do in the meantime and the style of teaching that he uses and he was able to come that same week which was a Blessing. When we met Ken he just put us at ease. Super friendly and easy to talk to , he asked questions like our dogs history, how we interact with our dog, the method of walking our dog. Ken was very attentive to everything we were saying . You can just tell Ken is very passionate in what he does and he is amazing to watch how he takes control of the situation with our dog. Our family was present and my son and myself were so worried that Ken would be attacked by our dog . With Ken's experience he was able to see and judge the situation and explaining everything he was going to do beforehand to put us at ease. Once he started the process we were all blown away how he took control of the situation with his technic and the respect our dog had with Ken . It really was amazing to witness it . The best part is he explained all the methods he was using and showed us what to do so we can start using them to train our dog. On top of this we can contact Ken anytime if we need to. My husband and I are very impressed and satisfied with the training and support provided by Glen who came out last week. We recieved resources, included in the price and lots of information about training techniques and how to combat/ change behaviours we unknowingly have established with our dog. Winston’s training has become significantly easier with Bark Busters influence. His respect and attentiveness increases dramatically with every session outlined in the program with poor behaviours decreasing rapidly. There has been a marked difference both in Winston’s understanding and our own with regards to training/learning principles which allows us to pivot in unrehearsed situations. We were desperate for help with a jumping, barking 7month old puppy. It was getting to the point where I could never relax, and was always pulling the dog off the kids. She was just an excitable, exuberant puppy. I was amazed at how quickly Penny responded to Glen and his training methods. At the end of 2 hours, we had a different dog. She’s calmer, we are less stressed and she isn’t jumping up at the kids, the table, the guests. He is also walking at heel which I didn’t think would ever be possible!

Emma was awesome, she explained how and what training was needed for Leia. We all learnt a lot and are looking forward to learning and working with Emma, to bring the best for Leia.

Phillipa hit the ground running and got straight into showing us techniques to stop the dogs barking at visitors and made each step in our training easy to understand. Phillipa included my daughter and myself in the training so that we both felt confident with each activity. We could see a change in both dogs nearly straight away which was absolutely amazing!! I feel that even though a week has passed, the dogs are calmer and responding to the techniques we are using.

Phillipa is an excellent trainer. She had my puppy tamed in no time.

Philippa came to our home on a Sunday morning to help us with advice training our 6 year old, ex breeder, rescue Cavalier Ruby. We had been unsuccessful for over 12 months to stop her barking and understanding our commands. Philippa had Ruby understanding these issues very quickly and we have been able to continue this training ourselves with a little effort each day. We are amazed at her progress!!! Her anxiety also seems to have settled down somewhat too. We would definitely recommend Philippa and Bark Busters to anyone who needs help with their dogs. Worth every dollar we paid!!!

We had used Kelly for our previous dog and he was a beautifully behaved boy. The techniques she uses are simple and make sense and the dogs respond well. Once again we are using Kelly to help Us navigate the puppy journey with our new boy. She is very good at her craft!
