The trainer was able to explain the techniques very well and the whole experience was very good.

Molly WAS a dog who barked a lot - especially when there was someone at the door or someone near our property.. This problem escalated after our recent move to Shell Cove. Our lesson with Philip from Barkbusters was a fantastic experience. We learnt some key techniques, that changed Molly immediately. The barking has toned down a lot - in fact it toned down a lot at the lesson with Philip. Philip has a warm dog friendly personality - he was really clear and concise with his teaching and he didn't mind us asking him to repeat some of the commands and training techniques. I would thoroughly recommend Philip to my family and friends - in fact I already have :)

Our first training session completely exceeded our expectations. It went for 3 hours and we (the whole family) now have a much better understanding of why our dog behaves in certain ways. We have also been taught (in a patient and fun way) how to deal with behavioural problems, in a firm and positive way, with lots of supervised practice. We now have a set of tools and a game plan, and look forward to the ongoing support from Hugh - thank you

Stefanie has a very good manner and we found her training techniques easy to understand. We felt comfortable with Stefanie in our home.

Megan was fabulous, kind, nurturing but firm towards Elcie. Elcie responded extremely well. Megan explained all of her training techniques to me and rationaled the reasons for using them. Very impressed with the session.

The training was well explained by Philip and easy to follow. Jessie seemed to respond well to the methods shown to us.

Training was easy to follow and we noticed immediate improvements to the issues that we raised with Ange on her first visit, which was mainly sibling rivalry. We still have some work to do but our house is feeling much calmer and our 2 girls (pugs) are far more relaxed.

Bark Busters achieved everything it claimed. . The results are amazing ! When you see results happen quickly, it helps to make the experience very enjoyable. Marty's training delivery was excellent, which made it easy to follow. I was pleased with the training techniques used, it was much more simpler than I had released and it worked quickly. I was amazed how quickly Roxy improved. It was almost immediate. Roxy is improving every day.

John explained everything in an easy way for us to follow and understand. We saw great results during our session and were very happy with the non physical techniques we were shown to use with Dozer. It was most enjoyable and very interesting to learn how to communicate with Dozer so he now understands what we want. John is a great teacher and this training has helped already, still more to learn but with his support we now know we will get there.

We finally decided to give Kelly from Bark Busters a call. We just couldn't live with the stress of our 4 year old Ridgeback cross Toby barking constantly and showing aggression towards anyone who would come over to our house or even near the house. Even a car door slamming would set him off. We lived with so much stress and fear worrying that Toby might bite someone or that we would get complaints about his barking. With myself being 6 months pregnant we thought something needed to be done. When Kelly arrived at our house she saw Toby in action and whilst it was embarrassing for us, Kelly put our minds at ease and made us feel so comfortable. Kelly explained why Toby was showing these behaviours and gave us insight into a dogs natural instinct which made us understand how to help Toby. Kelly took us through the training we can do with Toby and guided us as we did the training - Kelly even gave me differentiated strategies to use that are perfectly safe for a pregnant woman to do! Toby responded immediately to the commands and training during Kelly's first visit and by the end of the first session we already had a calmer dog! My husband and I cannot believe the change we have seen in Toby and a month later we are even more impressed as we have been continuing the training. Every session we have with Kelly we are able to choose what we work on depending on what Toby needs help with. Kelly even came over on her day off to do a walk by our house one day when my husband and I were at work just to see how Toby would react so that she could give us feedback. I can't explain how happy we are with Kelly from Bark Busters, she has changed our dogs life as well as ours - we can actually have people over and even eat dinner in peace now! The sickening stress that we were feeling about Toby possibly biting someone one day has almost reduced completely and will only reduce more as we continue the training.
