Stef was so helpful and understanding for the beginning. She really took her time to understand our issues with our two French bulldogs Ruby & Ralph. My husband and I defiantly noticed the difference in Ruby & Ralph after implementing Stef's techniques and advice. Since the training the dogs are more well behaved and we are very clear on what we need to do to ensure this continues. The training was worth every cent, i'm just sorry we didn't do it sooner.

Thanks Nikki! It’s very heartwarming to see both Ruby and Ralph (6 & 5 year old french bulldogs) respond so well to their leaders! Both have very different personalities and hence have different modes of training, which you guys have picked up very well. Ruby, especially, is so much calmer since she knows she can rely on you both while Ralph is just a happy cheeky boy who needs more boundaries. Keep up the excellent work!

Faith was organised, knowledgable, prompt and didn't rush our lesson. She listened to our issues, took notes and then we had theory then a pracitcal lesson. We could see results then and there. We have been practising the last few days. Jack is still pulling on lead sometimes, but with faith s help it's a lot better.

High praise coming from two teachers thankyou! Rowdy is a 9 month old male Kelpie who came from a farm where he was being attacked by his female sibling. He's already had 3 owners so his early life has been a bit unstable. Now thankfully he has loving and commited owners and has definitely found his forever home with them. We started training him today to help him settle in. He has some anxiety issues and didn't respond to commands well. He was very timid and startles easily. By lesson's end he was coming and was beginning to trust his new humans more. He also learnt to jump into the car which he had refused to do until now! Trust takes time to establish but he's in his way. He's a lucky boy and he will be a great companion.

The training was excellent - informative, easy to follow, hands on and with immediate results. We feel so much more confident that we have effective strategies to teach our puppy good manners - no more treat training! We also have a way to reduce Zorro's cat chasing - others were so negative about this possibility but Emma didn't bat an eyelid. Zorro has responded beautifully to the training, he and we are much happier and less anxious about our life together.

Zorro is a 4 month old Jack Russell X who joined his family about a month ago. Along with his cat chasing, Zorro was also causing trouble with barking, jumping, pulling on the lead, chewing, digging, rushing through doors and not coming when called. His family did an awesome job during their first speak do session, and I'm looking forward to getting back to check on their progress. :)
