Neil came to see us to help fix our collie/kelpie from barking as we had received a letter from our neighbours. Our first visit proved well! She took to the training and Neil visited our neighbours with me and explained the 'magic word' so we were all on the same page. Whilst she still barks, it is controllable when we are there and from the feedback of our neighbours when we are out, the barking is not continuous like before. We found Neil very helpful and a lovely person.

Megan is a fantastic trainer. We both learnt a lot about taking back control of our two terriers & Megan was very patient with us. Our dogs responded immediately & we are looking forward to the follow up in 2 weeks.

Fantastic course for me and my dog Dozer. Well explained techniques, and fairly simple to follow. Dozer picked most thing up almost straight away!

Glen Guelfi has done an excellent job in training me to train my dog, Lucky. His teaching is very easy to understand as he explains it really well. He is also very practical. He showed me how to walk my dog on the lead and on the stairs. He taught me how to be the pack leader. Lucky became a very different dog (much calmer and obedient) immediately after the first lesson. I continued the training the next day and he has learnt so much in just a couple of days. I talked to my neighbours who complained about Lucky's excessive barking while I am not home. They said Lucky's barking has improved a lot and they are happy to know that I am doing my best to treat his barking problem. I told them that I've got a dog trainer and they are very happy to hear it. Glen came to visit two weeks after to further improve my training. Lucky now knows how to sit when I say sit. I took a video of him this morning (6 Sept 2016) before I left for work and he didn't bark at all. It's so amazing. I have never thought that Lucky could be taught instantly. Awesome work, Glen! Ken was a fantastic teacher with regular follow-ups to see how the training was going.

My partner and i had just moved to an apartment from having a yard for our dog to run free, almost instantly he started to get anxiety and missbehaving when we left him home alone, we went for a walk to get coffee one day and saw the bark busters car with the phone number on the side.. it must have been a sign! so .. we thought we would give it a try.. We are most thankful we did, Macks behavior is absolutely improving after just two visits and we have learnt so much about why he was behaving the way he was and how we could be better parents.. Gabriel is fantastic and has helped us so much!

We couldn't take another night of barking, howling and whining from our new puppy so we called Kelly. After one lesson we had techniques and a plan which resulted in complete silence that night.... and a happy, relaxed and confident Cavoodle who was keen to learn from that day on. We are now working each day to build the relationship of understanding and trust between us and our new furry family member and cannot thank Kelly enough for the clear path she provided.

Happy to say all is going along very well, we have been spending quite a lot of time training with Monty and Nevar and it's really amazing to see the difference in them, they have become more playful and relaxed. The neighbors have all made comments to as they've walked past with Monty only barking once in awhile and stopping as soon as I use his special new word. We are very pleased at the result so far and look forward to seeing how much more he can do.
