My husband and I are ecstatic to see how quickly our dog has responded to Kens training. Ken was extremely professional, down to earth and understanding of our situation. He showed us the correct way to discipline our pup, without any treats or physical handling. The training is also done in a way that my husband and I can practise with ease. We can't wait for our next session!!!

We picked Bark Busters because of the local service, and so that we would have a consistent and effective approach to training our new rescue-greyhound. Ken is absolutely amazing, he really took the time to build rapport and explain everything to us - and also has made himself available as needed with our questions etc. PLUS - within 5 minutes of Ken meeting our girl, she was following commands and behaving like a proper lady! He is very knowledgeable and calm, which makes training so much smoother - and its been easy to implement on our own. While the actual strategies and commands we employ are simple in essence, having Ken come and show us made all the difference.

Wow, I had to see it to believe it! Ralph is a ridgeback/wolfhound rescue dog and was very difficult to control in many instances. Peter came to our home and spent 3 hrs training both Ralph and the family. We now have a dog that immediately stops doing anything he shouldn't with a single command and he is so calm now. We are very happy with the results and fully recommend Bark busters. Thankyou Peter for your much needed help.

I can't believe how positive I feel about tomorrow morning's walk. After one session my dog has shown that she is capable of walking on a loose leash - and Heather has ensured I understand what to expect of her and how to achieve that. Heather's true affection for my dog meant a lot too. She understood that my girl is a family member, and not just a dog. She does not expect me to keep my dog off the furniture, or outside as other trainers do. This means that I am willing to incorporate everything she says - and the outcome will be outstanding. I have every confidence that the other issues will be sorted out as well, as Heather will give me the knowledge and ensure I have the support to do so.

Really happy with the expertise and knowledge from Peter. Our little german shepherd pup picked up everything really well and with Peters help it was a really easy and fun experience. I definitely like the fact that this training does not involve any harmful actions. I would highly recommend bark busters to anyone who is looking at getting some training for their pet. I also like it that we can now train our pup instead of having to send him away for 2 weeks to a puppy school... Peter covered every aspect and answered all questions very confidently. It was a pleasure to have this service now and for the rest of our puppys life

Ken from Bark Busters was absolutely great. We have two 12 month old staffies who think they are the boss. We were at our wits end in trying to manage them, despite having undertaken puppy training and puppy etiquette training. Ken was outstanding. He came to our home, took command, showed the dogs who was boss and supervised us while we developed our skills. I am SO pleased with the outcome. We are still a bit nervous but we have seen a huge improvement in the dogs behaviour and we now need to train ourselves to be completely consistent in everything we do. I cannot tell you how joyful this has made me as I love these dogs, but they were becoming out of our control. Ken turned up as organised, followed up with phone and text and provided outstanding service and support.

The session was very comprehensive and covered a lot of issues we have been experiencing with Shelby. Hugh explained everything in detail and answered all our questions competently. We learned many great new techniques on how to better handle our Shelby.
