After speaking to Ken I decided to give Penni one last chance to have a happy and productive lifestyle. I was amazed how quickly Penni began to improve. I know that I still have a long way to go with Penni, but with Ken's practical skills and advice, I feel comfortable in knowing how to deal with my beautiful dog.
