The technique was explained many times with plenty of time for practice. The techniques equips owner to have control over pet. Training sessions were just the right length of time to retain interest.

Heather explained everything clearly and appeared excited and eager to help. We were shown some techniques to train Tsar with loose-lead walking and recall. The experience left us confident that Tsar will continue to improve in the areas we covered. Great first session.

The training provided was very useful . The methods used were easy to understand both by me and dog - rusty- Teaching the dog to listen to you even before you goout of the front door appears to be the key to having a well controlled pet. My dog seems quick to learn at a domestic level but when confronted by certain other dogs which put him on alert will take time to sink in but with the "dog socialization sessions" I am sure my dog will become the perfect pet eventually

The training was excellent. The training techniques were simple yet effective and our dogs responded rapidly to them. By the end of the session the improvement was noticeable and beyond our expectations.

I'd like to thank Philip for his patience, and reassuring approach. I've worked out that I had made a fundamental error in my management of Benny. I had, from the beginning, taken him to Dog Obedience classes - where he (and I) excelled and progressed through the classes. Short obedience sessions every day preceded our walks up the street. On these informal walks, I allowed him to walk in front of me, as long as there was a loose lead. Fundamental error! Apparently Benny thought this meant he was in charge, and "the protector". He's the first and only dog (of many I've trained) who must walk at heel, when informally. I have high hopes that we shall successfully convince Benny that I'm always in charge, I'm safe and he's safe. We are blessed!

I could not have imagined a better service. Peter was kind and professional and the help that he gave me was instant. Peter made me feel hopeful that Sinbad would be able to become a well behaved dog and at no point made me feel uncomfortable or silly or a bad owner for allowing him to become like he was which i was afraid of. Rather he encouraged me, asisted me to understand what had happened and how to remedy that. Through the training and advice that he has given me I have a whole new dog that is a joy to have around me. The training that I recieved has also made my life easier in regards to my interaction with the other dogs that I live with.

I liked that I could still do all the 'normal' things I love with my dogs but in a way that's good for them and me. I could see the changes I needed to make and why. Glen was superb in his technique! :)

So far an improvement in the barking problem at home also the use of a muzzle has made walking on lead outside not as stressful as previously

Peter was very encouraging and firm but gentle with the dogs and I am confident we will solve the issues. I hope I am continuing to train the dogs correctly.
