5 Star Rating Where do I start well firstly a big thank you to Maureen. As soon as you walked through our front door, I felt we were onto a winner. Chloe our lovely Shih-Tzu puppy was beginning to rule the house, we were finding it hard with several problems including barking, separation, plus other issues that I had not noticed. Maureen, you were an angel. I knew before you came that part of the problem was myself which was a problem easily solved once explained in plain English. Chloe is a work in progress, but she is returning so much love to us. We were so pleased to have found Bark Busters. We were struggling with our 18 month old Sha Pei X, always pulling on lead,reactive to other dogs and people, jumping up, barking etc. After only 3 hours with Glen we have a different dog. What a vast improvement in Max and 4 days later am able to walk him, past people and other dogs with little or no reaction. Did not think this would have been possible in this short amount of time. Highly recommend Glen for large dogs. Within the first session we saw behavioural changes in our Rottweiler cross. Glen provides lots of valuable information that is very helpful to maintain a calm dog who respects everyone in the house. We struggled with his mouthing, jumping, barking, walking etiquette and getting onto the furniture. With Glen’s help we have a very wellbehaved boy. Thank you again.

Had a really good first training session with Glen and my two reactive dogs. Glen takes the time to explain the why behind his training methods which makes sense to myself and to my dogs. Training is very humane which is a relief and it's effective. My dogs were amazing in my first session, still lots of work to do but I feel we are on the right track with Glen as I have tried a few methods which have not been as effective. PS. My reactive dog could not get enough of Glen which to me speaks for itself :)

We have a 9-month-old mastiff cross (37 kg) who was overly excited, making it impossible for me to walk her alone - since my partner works away, it’s been very hard on all of us. Before working with Glen, she would jump on anyone passing by and drag me along the floor if she wanted to meet another dog. After just a few hours with Glen, she now walks on a loose lead with me by myself! Glen also helped us address her habit of chewing on our shoes, pot plants, and other items. We have a 2.5kg chihuahua that was also misbehaving, prompting the mastiff to follow which he gave us some pointers on and helped out with her issues as well. He was a real lifesaver, and we’re excited to enjoy our newly improved puppy.

We contacted Bark Busters after our Labradoodle pup was receiving some ‘grumbles’ of complaints from our neighbours regarding her barking while we were not home. While we had tried many techniques to resolve the issue ourselves, though we were struggling to find a solution to stop the barking while we were not physically home to be able to do so. And so we came to Bark Busters! After just one consolation with Maureen, we saw an immediate noticeable improvement in our pups behavior, both a reduction in barking and improvement in her overall responsiveness to commands & the re-establishment of authority in the household. All achieved through the implementation of a few small (but very effective) changes! Maureen was an absolute pleasure to work with! She took the time to make sure she understood the situation & circumstances of which we needed her help to address and provided a thorough approach to solve for each! She ensured that we understood fully the reasoning and theory behind each task/change & provided very refreshing clarity for all of our questions as they popped up! Since our first consultation, and subsequent follow up appointment/s Maureen has made sure to keep in contact & be available for any questions we have had & any extra support we have required. We couldn’t recommend Bark Busters/Maureen more highly! She has been a tremendous source of information; clarity & guidance and we’ve seen remarkable results (very quickly) in our pup.
