While it's been a week since Winston and I had our first session the changes have been great. The main reason for seeing Philippa was Winston's barking and this has reduced dramatically, I'm able to control this very quickly and easily. Winston is also good now with opening the baby gates and doors to other areas of the house, he now sits and waits for me to say yes. We do still need to do work on this when he's excited and we have visitors, especially is Aunty and cousins who are just as excited to see him. Winston is a a cocker who wants what he wants so recall, jumping and mouthing are something we still need to work on but I'm confident that we'll ace these as well with Philippa's support.

Philippa was the whole package, professional, friendly and obviously knew her ‘dog stuff’. We learned a lot and already the training is making a big difference in our lives.

Philippa was lovely and informative. She gave easy to follow instructions and within a few days I've been able to see some improvements in behaviour from my dog.

Wow, after only one hour our dogs were not jumping, not running to the front door. Amazing service. So easy, just do it.

I am surprised at how quickly the training was effective. I was at my wits end with my dog and really needed a solution. Honey took to the training straight away and by the end of the lesson, had changed some of her ways. Philippa was lovely and very informative. I would highy recommend her services.

Philippa is amazing! She understood our concerns and explained, in plain English, the reasons why and how to deal with them. She is always available for questions and advice.
Her techniques and expertise are valuable and truly work. We're still very early in our training but we are seeing signs of improvement!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Bark Busters Home Training.

Phillipa was fantastic on the day teaching a totally different way of training my Pomeranians. It’s so easy it has become an every day part of life. Phillippa’s calm and positive nature was a breath of fresh air. Training was at my pace and nothing like puppy school where you do this, this and this etc. I would highly recommend Phillippa and Bark Busters to anyone.

We had a great experience working with Philippa to improve our mini dachshund Bruno’s behaviour. She was knowledgeable and easy to work with, offering practical tips and tools that made a real difference, especially with Bruno’s door manners and barking. We've already seen noticeable improvements, and we feel much more confident managing his behaviour. Highly recommend Philippa to anyone looking for effective, compassionate dog training!

We have gone through 3 previous dog trainers and anxiety medication to try assist with behavioral issues without success. After the first lesson which went for 3 hours it’s been an instant change in our dog for the better. We rarely have behavioural issues, we can put her in her crate without her barking constantly, we can now have guests over and she remains calm. I can’t recommend it enough

Phillipa was extremely professional. She was very calm and had so much knowledge & experience in dogs . We felt at ease the moment she walked thru our door. She took her time to explain everything we would cover in this session . She even had videos which helped us understand the procedures we would use . Freddie responded to Phillipa with heaps of enthusiasm . We found her to be extremely nurturing and full of empathy and compassion for Freddie’s and Mikaylas recent incident . I am confident this is just a stepping stone to use to get Freddie & Mikayla back on daily walks.
One of our neighbours stopped me when I was doing the training homework and she had noticed how calm and relaxed Freddie was compared to normal . Of course I told her it was because of our outstanding Trainer Phillipa. Thank you to Kelly also for assisting us with our booking . We feel very grateful for all of you making Freddie’s forever home ( instead of the alternative- we were facing ) . We love our dog and couldn’t think about giving him up after we rescued him from the RSPCA . A million thanks to all at this amazing business .
