Phillipa was a great help with Bailey. We were impressed how quickly Bailey responded.

Philippa was wonderful - she took the time to understand our issues and the personalities of both dogs. She was not judgmental or negative at all, and tailored the training and instructions to how we wanted our dogs to behave within our home. We have two dogs, and after the first session both were sound asleep because they’d definitely had a good mental workout! Our youngest (9 m/o puppy) has taken very well to the techniques Philippa showed us, and is already doing much better. Our older dog (2.5 y/o) has shown some improvement, but I’m looking forward to the follow-up session to understand what more we can do to stop the barking. I will note that our older dog was quite well behaved when Philippa was around, and the technique she showed us has been helpful somewhat, but will likely require more time and training to really see results. I was most impressed with the fact that the techniques shown are part of an overall system that you can apply to a lot of different situations. You can see from the first session how getting your dogs to understand this communication style will apply across lots of different scenarios, and this has been very useful with our younger dog.

Philippa was very professional with her approach when listening to our concerns and explaining techniques. She made sure all our concerns were covered also treating Nellie and Lulu gently and with patience. Nellie and Lulu have responded unbelievably well, so well even the neighbors have commented how quiet it is. With still a little way to go we couldn't recommend Philippa from Bark Busters enough. Money well spent!

I enjoyed this first lesson! All the information was so helpful! My main issue was my dog getting out of our bed and sleeping in his crate. After this one session, my 13 week old puppy now sleeps happily in his crate without crying!

Very informative 1st session ( 3 hrs ) with Phillipa, the way she explained communication techniques with dogs was fantastic, so basic but so effective. The change in Odin is just incredible.

Philippa had an immediate, impact upon Otto’s behaviour from the moment she walked through the gate. The simple techniques she demonstrated to manage controlling spaces and doorways, chewing, getting in and out of the car, to name a few, were amazing. I was able to achieve similar results when Philippa left. For the first time I did not have a puppy under my feet in the kitchen, nose in the fridge, dishwasher, cupboards etc and go in and out of doors first without being knocked out of the way. I’m looking forward to continued improvements, tips and support throughout Otto’s life.

Thanks for all your excellent advice and the skills you have given us to help with our dogs. It's definitely a work in progress, but we feel that you have put us on the right path.

So far we have had one in-person session with Bark Busters for our new pup and within a few days we have witnessed monumental changes in his behaviour (and ours). Philippa is extremely professional and understood exactly what we were looking for in order to make our pup a part of the family. Philippa took as much time as was needed to ensure we had confidence in managing an energetic pup, as well as conducting follow-up emails and phone calls to ensure everything is going as planned. I was recommended Bark Busters by a family member residing in another state and from what I can tell the quality of training seems to be set at a high standard across the board. I would have absolutely no reservations about recommending Bark Busters to anyone looking to strengthen their relationship with their pup.

Within 5 minutes of Phillipa coming through gate she instructed me what to do in the situation to having a dog that wanted to run and jump all over her to sitting beside me . Phillipa has a very calming influence and showed us quite clear instructions so we could understand from a dogs point of view . We feel more confident and positive that we will be able to have Murphy listening and paying attention with the training she has set out for us to do . I have been trying for years to get my dogs to behave and after multiple other training techniques offered I have had the most success with the Bark Busters method. Pip is absolutely amazing. She is kind and clear and very committed. It is still early days but I feel we are in very good hands with Pip. I know she will get us to where we would like the dogs to be. Thank you Pip!!!
