I keep loosing my review so this is short and swift! Ric was absolutely fantastic. We have gone from an overexcited, feisty Cavador puppy to a really beautiful puppy who is a pleasure to take out. No jumping, no pulling, no scraping on front door to get to visitors.Thanks heaps Ric. We would never hesitate to get you back if necessary.

Ric was very good and was knowledgeable. He had Frida in control in a very short time. The lesson was informative and the tasks where easy to understand and do.

As Ric entered we could see the change in approach from the get go. Upon the first lesson on who's in charge we could immediately see a change in Daisy and then her excitement for wanting to learn. It's been a game changer so far and already seeing a happier and more respectful companion towards us. Would recommend 15 times out of 10!

Ric was just what we needed! From the moment he stepped into our house we felt comfortable! Within 15 minutes he had our dogs under control with such a simple method and without treats! Ric gave us simple methods to regain control of the dogs and enjoy them ☺️would highly recommend Ric and Bark Busters ! Ric was super knowledgeable and gave our dogs and us training that has made our family and people visiting comfortable

Honestly, Ric is my super hero!
I had my first session today and I can already feel the relationship between my dog and I has improved! Ric made the whole process SO easy right from the get go. I am clear on all the steps and how to keep at them in the best way for my dogs behaviour, I was able to ask as many questions as I needed and Ric made me feel both comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. I cannot wait to see what the next few weeks hold and am so excited for the next lesson already! 😃

Ric was so kind and attentive when dealing with our dogs’ sibling rivalry. We have seen so much progress in the last couple months thanks to his help. We have a better bond with our dogs and we understand them more than ever before. Thank you Ric!!

This is the worst result for any pack/family. Really really happy with Ric and his help with our two little rascals. He absolutely knew his stuff, was very informative and listened to our needs well. He explained things so well and we covered a great amount in the first lesson . I'm excited to see improvements over the next few weeks. I'm so happy I made this investment to make both our lives and our dogs lives better :)

Ric was extremely professional, friendly and effective. He familiarised himself with Suki's environment and quickly provided simple and meaningful suggestions to rectify a range of Suki's less desirable behaviours. I am confident that with Ric's patient and clear guidance, I will be able to train my cavoodle to be an obedient, happy and more relaxed member of the household.

Had the pleasure of working with Ric and our two girls, a 4 year old Bull Arab and a 3 year old kelpie. Our dogs had been having some sibling rivalry which had become too much to manage without keeping them separate. Our Bull Arab is often stubborn but was immediately Ric's best friend and listened intently to Ric's practice and training. Our Kelpie who likes attention was sitting and listening to Ric's instruction and was first time we had seen her not bother a visitor for attention. Both girls were very engaged and attentive to the training and responded very well, it was clear they were enjoying being challenged and learning. For myself and my partner, Ric was excellent in training us as well so we can continue to train our girls to so they feel happy and safe. The training style is very informative and Ric is not judgmental and very supportive, with an approach that while most dog owners do things right, we don't speak dog and we can always be better.

Ric was professional in following up on our enquiries and arrived on time for our first session. He explained things very clearly and was patient with our questions. Ric is obviousy passionate about dog training and this could be clearly seen in how he dealt with our dog on the day.
