Ric was fantastic! I have a daughter who is on the spectrum who is always scared of our dog because he jumps up on her and we cant have him inside as much as we would like. Ric arrived showing us how to teach him not to jump and how to make him calm. What an amazing difference we now have. The best part is we can have him inside more because he Isn't chasing our cats or jumping up on our daughter.

Ric was very good with Eden. Ric showed our family a number of techniques to use, when training Eden, to be calm when there are visitors and how to keep Eden walking beside you.
We discussed our concerns where Ric explained and showed us how to improve Eden's behaviour.
Eden still has a way to go but her behaviour after only one session has improved greatly

Ric was great with Louie, whom on top of everything has minimal interaction with males. By the end of the session had him responding to all the instructions. In fact he responded to my instructions the next day. It took a bit longer but we are getting there. I am seeing a new dog.

Hello Elca, Louie is just a darling little man, He wasn't quite sure of me at first but as soon as he realised I was there to help and we were focusing on him he opened up. This can be a typical trait of the Chihuahua breed. He is at that age where he is learning to use his voice and the need to defend his home, with the work we have discussed and the exercises to follow he will soon feel more relaxed and comfortable knowing he is safe and doesn't need to defend his pack. looking forward to our next visit. Ric was very good to deal with from start and he explained everything thoroughly on the phone prior to booking.
On visiting our home for Joeys first session, Ric explained a lot of helpful information which we are working on and it is definitely improving our dogs behaviours.
We would recommend Ric to family and friends as we are feeling a lot more confident with managing things now.

We have now had 2 sessions with Ric. After only 1 session we had a brand new dog. We learnt so much that we were able to stop our dog jumping and we could walk her on the lead without being pulled over after only one session. We implement Ric’s training methods every day and we are now taking our dog out to kids sports and it’s not stressful ! Can’t wait to nail down the recall . I can highly recommend Ric!

Ric was incredibly helpful with my Great Dane puppy (4 months old) - Zeus. He has already improved so much and is listening to my commands. He also gave me so much insight into his behaviours, allowing me to understand his reactions a lot more. Very happy with the progress so far & feel a lot more confident!
