Having Alan come in to help us with Goofy was the best decision we could have made. Goofy is a young rescue pup who was super affectionate, but to a point it was dangerous for a toddler to be on the floor with him. Now thanks to Alan’s help, they are the best of friends and one is always following the other around the house. I would HIGHLY recommend bark busters to anyone who was needing help with their furry family member.

Lynden’s expertise was fantastic in beginning to train our dogs. He has given us a lot of effective training skills to work on with the boys over the next few weeks until we see him again.

Kelly is absolutely fantastic. We have a 50kg German Shepherd who was running the household and with Kelly's help and expertise he is a completely different dog. He is now so respectful and an absolute joy to have around. We cannot thank Kelly enough for her help and we are sure Jake appreciates it too as he is a much happier dog.

Excellent trainer, kind, professional addressed the issues

Our dog Alby was on his last legs in our house, he was ripping up washing, furniture, biting and jumping up on everyone (a rescue dog with an unfortunate history) . Within 2 hours Cat had us trained on how to communicate with him. its only been two weeks but the techniques shown work, even for a dog like Alby. He still has a way to go but by practicing every day, he no longer jumps up at people, mouthing is virtually non existent and he understands the controls we just need to keep reinforcing them. Can't recommend Cat enough. Even my wife that wanted him out and didn't think anything would work is now converted.

Phillippa explained everything very clearly and we love the way issues are dealt with from the dogs point of view. Hester and I enjoyed the training. We've had noticibale results in expecially door behaviour and staying off the coach in the first lesson and look forward to continue with Philippa.

I would 100% recommend Allan to anyone and recommended him to my sister following my session. I have two kelpies (girl 5 and boy 3). I had paid for private lessons for my older dog and spent hundreds of dollars but it was all food based. Completely different personalities and trained differently in the early stages. We have had multiple complaints of our dogs barking while we are at work and had tried almost everything. We got Allan out to help with barking, jumping,, dogs yelping when they think they will miss out on something and reinforcing the pack mentality. We spent 3 hours with Allan learning how to understand our dogs and learn a simplified way to train them. Without food or punishment. It has been 3 weeks now and the dogs have changed a lot. They are a lot calmer, gave stopped jumping on us and reduced the amount of barking when we are there to correct them. While it gets a little overwhelming changing our approach Allan was super responsive when I needed a little more guidance. Allan also came out 2 weeks later and came walking with me and my two dogs to help me feel less anxious about walking them and to show me the signs go look out for and correct before it escalates. I am so glad I used Bark Busters. Definitely value for money.

Kelly is amazing, we cannot recommend her highly enough! Our gorgeous rescue dog Macy was a barker when anyone/anything would go past our house, she was anxious and we struggled to get her out the door somedays so we could get to work. We had unwittingly let Macy believe she was the leader of our pack, a role that she was not comfortable with at all. Kelly gave us the tools and training to give Macy peace and calm. She still has her sweet nature and beautiful personality but she is calm, is definitely more secure in her environment and her manners have improved ten fold. We can't thank you enough Kelly! And your follow ups have been the icing on the cake.

Maverick has responded extremely well to his first training session. We already have a far better behaved and well mannered puppy and it's amazing to watch. I really appreciate the strategies and resources/equipment offered by Glenn. He was very realistic, and gentle while being straightforward with informing us of the thought process involved with owning a dog. Glenn was very patient with teaching my children as well. It was a holistic approach, both with Maverick and with my family. I cannot recommend Bark Busters enough!

Michelle came to my rescue when my 7 month old miniature dachshund puppy was struggling with terrible separation anxiety. We were in a bad place, Winston would howl the house down 8 hours a day. My little puppy was hysterical and I was sick with worry. Michelle was so kind and supportive, no judgement. She made me feel at ease and even went to speak to my upset neighbours. After the first session, I saw real improvement, I would not have thought it was possible to stop the barking so quickly. It was such a huge relief. The training sessions were really informative and helped me build a stronger bond with my puppy. Fast forward two months and I’ve adopted Willie, a second dachshund pup. Michelle was there to help me introduce the boys and give advice on managing two puppies. I’m so pleased with the results, I have two happy little pups that are learning new tricks every day. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who is trying to deal with separation anxiety, this problem doesn’t just go away. The right training is essential to resolving the problem and Michelle knows exactly how it’s done!
