OMG. What on earth just happened?! We had Maureen in to help us with our pooches on a Saturday morning and by Saturday evening we had 2 completely different dogs. Thank you so much Jane. Our 3yo German Spitz has always had separation anxiety and we could never leave him at home as he would keep barking until we returned. Living in an apartment meant he either came with us or had to go to kennels/daycare. After the first session, Boombie has started to get it...we will come home even if he does not bark!!!! The tips and strategies you gave us were simple but effective and hopefully my wife and I can now look forward to going shopping together again!!

Emma was very professional and had a very good knowledge of dog behaviours and training. All the advice Emma provided us and training methods have been very successful after just 1 session and we have seen a big change in our dogs behaviour.

We were very apprehensive about training our very spoilt and much loved 6 year old Maltese Shih Tzu, Harriet. However she has several behavioural issues that need to be addressed so we called Bark Busters to arrange a time suitable for us all for the first session. Emma put us immediately at ease on her arrival, and we were not surprised that Emma quickly identified that Harriet was the boss of the house! The interview with us and the training that took place was very thorough, easy to follow, friendly and funny at times especially when we got our commands wrong!. Harriet very quickly responded to the training and we cannot get over the immediate response and change in her already, she is very settled, relaxed and rested, and she soon accepted the fact that we are now the boss...... Gabriel is outstanding. His measured and considered approach provided all of us (especially Oscar! - our mini dachshund) a sense of calm. The incredible techniques that had an immediate impact on how we as adults need to guide Oscar and of course Oscar himself took very well to Gabriel's methods. Gabriel will continue to work with us and we can only see the training go from strength to strength. Gabriel provided all of us with the confidence that Oscar can enjoy a calmer and more relaxed life.

Jane was a delight to have in our home and was able to listen carefully to our concerns and quickly get the measure of us and our dog Ellie. Jane has such a kind and insightful way with all of us and gives practical and effective explanations to explain unhelpful behaviours and provided several strategies to bring about change. Our old girl has improved on her walks (not pulling on the lead), is behaved during meal times and when guests arrive, and the modification on the doggy flap recommended by Jane has eased Ellie's apprehension. Jane spoke to each of us and the teenage children and was happy to patiently answer any questions and demonstrate best ways of responding to Ellie. We are very pleased and won't hesitate to contact Jane for any further questions or support.
