Mikey was already a great puppy, but I particularly struggled to have her attention when outside on walks, and whenever guests came over. Bark Busters gave me great tools, including the collar, which gave me back control. She responds super quickly, and I feel like she’s almost immediately turned into a calmer, happier dog, even just after a few days!

Honestly I was VERY sceptical but I was amazed after one meeting. My older dog certainly learnt new tricks and my 7 month old quickly learnt her place in the pack. She has continued to be totally relaxed and at peace finally. Kelly knows her stuff and our whole family is better for it.

I am so glad you took a leap of faith! Both of your bulldogs are delicious - we are working with your youngest Aussie Bulldog female, due to her fear reactivity, and attacking her older "brother". Finding out what your family expectations were, what you want from Mildred, and what your parameters were was crucial to tailoring the training to your environment. We worked on her over escalations, door manners, crate training (safety zone), and also discussed how certain ingredients in food can adversely affect a dog's behavior (just like a child!). Small changes, big improvements! A follow up lesson has been done, focusing on Mildred's lunging on lead, and attention on the owner out the front, and she was walking on a loose lead within minutes - she is so keen to be the best girl! Thanks again, and I am looking forward to lesson 3!

Kristie is very knowledgeable and her guidance in correcting our dogs aggressive barking worked pretty much immediately. The changes for all our family to implement and to continue working on creating a relaxed home to where hopefully soon we can have visitors come to our home without Kingston barking aggressively.

Testimonial for Bark Busters and Maureen Guelfi
Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of raising many dogs, but none quite like the beautiful and spirited Coco. He's an independent pup with a strong personality and a tendency to "rule the roost." When the peace in my home—my sanctuary—began to feel disrupted, I knew it was time to seek professional help.
Bark Busters was my first choice, as I had a positive experience with them in the early 2000s. At that time, we had a German Shepherd named Duke, and a friend of my husband's recommended Bark Busters. Although I wasn’t personally involved in Duke's training, the transformation was remarkable—he became an obedient, well-mannered family companion.
Last week, Coco met Maureen Guelfi for the first time, and the change in his behavior has already been incredible. Maureen helped me understand that Coco was confused by my lack of leadership, and she patiently taught me how to take control in a calm and confident way.
Thanks to Maureen's guidance, Coco is now so much easier to manage, and the sense of peace in my home has been fully restored. I’m looking forward to our next session and continuing this journey with Maureen and Bark Busters.

Cat was an exceptional trainer and has helped tremendously with our Nelson’s behaviour. He has gone from being anxious and needy to calm and relaxed in less than 2 weeks. Cat was super knowledgeable and answered every question we had for her and my partner and I both left feeling confident who’s hands our dog was in. The training was easy to understand and had quick effect. We look forward to seeing how Nelson responds over time as the brief period we’ve been seeing Cat we have noticed massive changes in him already

We had a lot of trouble with crate training our puppy. We reached out to Ric from Bark busters and set up a session that week. Ric was kind, patient and taught us so much in just one session. We were blown away with how much progress was made. *Our Hugo is now a happy puppy in the crate and sleeping in our room at night in a safe space with no anxiety or stress from him. Highly recommend!
