Wow what a change! Thank you so much Glen for teaching us. Thanks for your patience and humor. You made so easy for us to relax and enjoy the experience. Mello is so much more relaxed now. Thanks for explaining things so well and easy to follow exercises to do with our new family member Milo.

Honestly, Ric is my super hero!
I had my first session today and I can already feel the relationship between my dog and I has improved! Ric made the whole process SO easy right from the get go. I am clear on all the steps and how to keep at them in the best way for my dogs behaviour, I was able to ask as many questions as I needed and Ric made me feel both comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. I cannot wait to see what the next few weeks hold and am so excited for the next lesson already! 😃

Absolutely thrilled with the help we received from Kelly for our Frenchie, BOSS! He was definitely the boss of us, and we felt completely overwhelmed. After two years of struggling, we were on the brink of giving up, but Kelly's training was a game changer.
By the end of our first 3.5-hour session, we had a new understanding of BOSS and his behavior. We even switched his food to address his hyperactivity, and now we're working daily on the techniques Kelly taught us. I genuinely wish we had done this sooner!
The methods we’re using aren’t hard or time-consuming at all—far from what I had expected! If you’re feeling defeated like we were, I urge you to reach out to Kelly. The love and bond with your fur baby will only grow stronger as the hard work becomes manageable.

Your family has been so wonderful to deal with, you are all so lovely, and it was very clear to me from the second I arrived that you all love Boss dearly, but that his behaviour was almost pushing you to the point or surrender / rehoming. Correcting his visitor reactivity at lesson 1 was the main aim, positive crate training had some fine tuning, door answering solutions were presented and we started on his door work. Lesson 2 was just WOW! What a change! Even with incredibly difficult time restraints (work, kids, etc) you have all done a superb job, and his improvements were absolutely noticeable. Even road walking, stays and having him standing so close to me, a visitor, without reacting? Very rewarding indeed, and I was thrilled for you all. Huge well done!

Kristie was great. We have a young daughter so fitting in time was challenging, but she worked within our time frame. And even worked around our baby during the lesson.
One of our fears was our dog would lose her sweetness/affection during this process. But Kristie was excellent at alleviating our fears, explaining all the techniques and she was a caring dog trainer/owner herself, which really showed.

You were amazing. Seeing the amount of control you were able to establish over our dogs within the first 30 minutes was mind blowing. We had a great experience working with Martin to help our French bulldog overcome some challenging behaviors like fence running, walking difficulties, and car chasing. From the first session, Martin demonstrated an in-depth understanding of our dog’s temperament and tailored a training plan specifically for these issues.
Fence running was one of our biggest concerns, but with Martin's guidance, we saw a noticeable reduction in this behavior after just a few sessions. His positive reinforcement techniques worked wonders in redirecting our dog’s attention and energy in a more constructive way.
Walking had always been a bit of a struggle, especially with distractions like passing cars. Thanks to Martin, we now have a much calmer and more enjoyable walking routine. Our dog is more focused and responsive on the leash, and the car chasing issue, which we thought would be nearly impossible to fix, has dramatically improved.
Martin not only helped correct these behaviors but also gave us the tools and confidence to continue reinforcing good habits on our own. I can’t recommend Martin highly enough! He truly transformed our walks and overall peace of mind.

I recently had Kristie come over to help with my 13-week-old Samoyed puppy, Benji. We were dealing with all the usual puppy issues - jumping, barking, nipping, crate training, you name it. I realised I needed a professional to ensure I was training him right for the future.
Kristie was incredibly professional, kind, and approachable. You can instantly tell that she’s not only highly knowledgeable about dogs but also genuinely passionate about what she does.
Within just 20 minutes of her being in the house, I noticed a drastic improvement in Benji’s behaviour. Throughout the session, Kristie walked me through every step, showing me practical solutions to each problem I had. No matter what I asked, she had a clear, helpful answer.
If you're looking for someone to help you train your puppy the right way, I highly recommend Kristie. I was skeptical at first, but now I know that bringing her in was the best decision I could've made for Benji’s training and future.
