After just one lesson we have a wealth of information, and the right techniques to train and care for our beautiful puppy. Really really happy with Ric and his help with our two little rascals. He absolutely knew his stuff, was very informative and listened to our needs well. He explained things so well and we covered a great amount in the first lesson . I'm excited to see improvements over the next few weeks. Glen was amazing with our rescue dog Tommy from the moment he walked in the door. He gave us lots of information and advice on how to correct the issues we had with Tommy’s behaviour but also explained why he had those behaviours in the first place. Our main issue with Tommy was his barking both in the home and outdoors when on walks. Being a rescue dog that has previously been mistreated, Tommy has always been a little bit nervous around new people and new situations and therefor barks. Unfortunately, because he is a big boy with a big voice, his barks can sound quite intimidating to other dogs and owners we pass on walks. The techniques Glen showed us for walking Tommy have made an incredible difference. We are only a few days into our ongoing training and already Tommy is much calmer, less nervous and more confident when out and about. We’re looking forward to continuing on this journey with Tommy and helping him learn correct manners so he can make doggy pals and not be as nervous around new people and situations. We cannot recommend Glen highly enough. He’s so knowledgeable and made the whole experience very easy. Thanks so much Glen

Such a great lesson. I enjoy learning from Kelly as she has so much knowledge. She is also firm and direct and really helpful. She has given me hope that I will manage 2 puppies. Looking forward to our next lesson.

We have only had one session so far & I was very happy with Todd & his approach to training our dogs. Todd was understanding of the issues we’ve been experiencing & worked well with my daughter & I to help us navigate these moving forward.

My family learned a lot, even from one lesson. Callum was very calm, knowledgeable and comfortable to have in our home. We are very hopeful and happy we have engaged this service. The only reason all of the issues were not covered in the training is we have only had one lesson and our dogs have several issues !
