Kristie has been wonderful, we are at the beginning of our journey but so far it’s been really eye opening (in a good way). I’ve learnt a lot and Kristie has been really understanding of the complexity surrounding my dog. Philippa was amazing with helping Digby and me understand techniques on how to improve his behavior. The session was so valuable! Philippa answered every question that I had and also providing really useful examples and then helped me practice. Working with Michelle from Bark Busters has been a wonderful experience. Michelle was extremely generous with her time and I found her knowledge and understanding of the underlying reasons for our dogs (Obie - Rottweiler) behaviour to be very insightful. She provided our family with practical demonstrations on how to change our dogs behaviour, improve our relationship with our dog and then also provided us with the opportunity to hone our new skills with the dog all in the comfort of our home/yard. Michelles support and care for Obie and myself was genuine and authentic and the results have been fantastic. I would recommend Michelle to anyone who requires any form of assistance with their furry friend.

Kelly was extremely helpful from our very first lesson, with a marked improvement in our dog’s problem behaviour but also just his general demeanour from the first session. Kelly has a wealth of knowledge about all breeds. Highly recommend!

What Martin explained made complete sense. He was very professional and thorough and when he showed me what to do, Poppy did respond. I wish I had contacted Bark Busters some time ago.

1st lesson went well. We learnt a lot from Kelly and found we were doing some things wrong as well as a few things right! In the few days since, Fran continues to be very responsive to the basic training. The next big step will be when Fran has to be trained to overcome distractions and fear outside our fenced yard. We are confident that Kelly will show us how to fix this.

We only did the first meeting for 2hrs with 2 French bulldogs for whom we miserably failed their training in the past. Ken was very clear and helpful on the different actions we were to take. His explanations were adapted to each situation and he answered all our questions. We are at the beginning of our journey and we will need Ken for more sessions but already we have seen a lot of improvement in our dogs' behaviour. We try to stick to the exercise schedule sent over by email and remain as consistent as possible. Ken also told us that we could send him a message at any time, which is reassuring when you don't remember an action or face a different situation. The material given is greatly appreciated and even if it was the first time we heard of such a method, it is full of common sense. It is of very good value as the sessions are unlimited and you can even call Ken or another trainer when you move area, if you need a refresher after one year, Ken told us. Again, we only had one session so far but we look forward to having the next one.

Kelly - you are a lifesaver. We honestly are amazed with the difference in Shijo after our first meeting with you. We know that we still have a way to go to perfect our new skills but what you have taught us has made a huge difference - we now don’t have to listen to incessant barking and can walk through the door without struggling to get inside before Shijo. I am sure that our neighbours are grateful too.

The training that my husband and I learnt from Paul has been invaluable. We noticed a huge difference in the "problem behaviors" during our first session with him, and both of our dogs already seem much calmer and more relaxed. On our first walk after meeting with Paul, our dog who usually drags us along on walks, was already walking side by side with us, not pulling on the lead, even with other dogs around. Paul made us feel very comfortable and was more than happy to answer all of our questions and explain everything to us. Would certainly recommend.

Thanks for recommending the BARF diet. Have transitioned to raw food which has made a difference to Gypsys behaviour. Glen was great with Gypsy and had an immediate impact which was impressive. Challenge now is to keep going and reinforcing. She is better with us but still not good with visitors and other dogs. Early days and know we have the support we need.

So glad we contracted with Glen to help us teach Buddy (9mth old golden retriever) RECALL, but also general good manners. Buddy is progressing in leaps and bounds. He's taken to the training very positively. Its simply a delight wo work with him now and he seems grateful too for our new leadership skills. Thanks Glen. Highly recommended!!
