It was great to see Polly responding so well. She is now 12 weeks old. Issues addressed: toileting, crate training, answering the door, jumping, training towards a good recall, introduction to the collar and lead, nipping and biting. Thank you so much Jane for all your help with Maple. It is so nice to be able to walk Maple and not the other way around! It is amazing how quickly she responded to the training. She can now come for a ride in the car without barking which I never thought would happen. And I’m sure Maple would like to thank you for the suggestion to change her diet, she is so excited at meal times now. Everything was explained really well and I know if I have any questions I can get in touch. Thank you!

Glen was excellent and delivered all the information clearly. From the moment he walked in and the training started there was a shift in dogs behavior. Trigger (stumpy Cattle dog) is so much calmer and responsive and I could not be more thankful for the program.

Ken dealt with Puppy management
As first time dog owners we wanted the right start for our new Labrador puppy Bailey and Ken showed us how to raise a well trained obedient puppy. Ken is a true professional and we highly recommend his services. Bailey is responding perfectly to the training and it’s making our lives a lot easier especially since we also have 3 young children under 5 years of age.

Maureen is great, from the moment she walked up to the door she started addressing the issue with Ace and his barking. Within the first meeting he was like a new dog and has been improving everyday. I would highly recommend Maureen, she is very informative and has a wealth of knowledge

Glen was absolutely amazing with our American Staffy x Bull Mastiff, she responded really well and Glen taught us techniques to help with lead walking and barking. Was amazing after just one session. Thanks heaps!

Wallace is a large Ridgeback x American Bulldog and was too much of a handful for anyone. He had learnt that if he played up, sooked and even yelped he could prevent a leash on collar being put on him. He had become an 11-month-old master of the house. It is so wonderful to see the progress and in two short weeks, Wallace can walk next to his human on the scooter and has learnt so very much. Very Proud of this family.

Goldberg, our 13 week Golden Retriever and I had a fantastic Puppy Management session with trainer Kelly. There were immediate behavioral changes (for us both) that we will continue to use with ease. We redirected some emerging behaviors such as biting furniture, barking for attention and jumping up on people and more. I'm very pleased to have a technique to get Goldberg's attention and to 'come' when called. We saw results immediately and without food rewarding. Kelly had suggestions about how we could tweak our home set up to maximize puppy training success now, that will also lead to a smooth transition as Goldberg gets older. We are very pleased with the clarity and kindness of the training approach, the practical skills and theoretical knowledge provided and the ongoing support. We look forward to our next training session and showcasing some new behaviors! Thank you Kelly.
