Glen is the 'Dog Whisperer'! He has a skill with dogs that you wouldn't believe unless you saw him in action. Within 15 minutes, he had my large, barky, jumpy but timid 12 month old puppy, Louis, under control. He taught me skills to not only manage my Louis, but briefly met with my other two dogs with immediate response. Louis has improved remarkably and I am continuing with the training methods Glen taught me for all my dogs. I am beyond grateful and happy with everything provided. A gem!

We had a very productive session with Michelle. Learnt a lot of techniques and an understanding of Mack's behaviour.
We now have a responsive dog and are able to go for a walk without anxiety.

By controlling her jumping and rampant licking, pulling, lack of focus and bossy habits, we saw at the very first lesson how quickly she could calm down, and how much she enjoyed you taking charge :-)! Looking forward to lesson 2, where we'll focus on external factors, walking, dogs, kids and other people (the most exciting of them all!), and show you how she can still have fun and be social, without being annoying. Laura dealt with Barking, Sibling rivalry
We have had two sessions so far with Laura. We have seen an improvement in the barking and our boy no longer goes crazy when we pick up the keys. Small improvements that keep getting bigger and better. Laura has been patient and the boys react to her well. Would highly recommend Laura if you are at a loss and no longer know how to rectify the behavior.

We had a good idea of what we were supposed to do to train Duke, but as you pointed out just weren't quite putting it together properly. Hence the frustrating stubbornness and behaviour escalations we were experiencing.
Since the 4 hours with you, we've been able to eat family meals at the table in relative peace, we've not had to put him outside for repeated bad behaviour and he's been really response and interested in the ongoing training. Doesn't hesitate to put his training collar on.
I can appreciate that sustained effort is going to be necessary to achieve our desired outcomes long term. But we can't thank you enough for setting us up for success. Highly recommend your services, worth every cent of the investment made. Thanks Michelle.

It was all about going back to nature - how Cookie's mother related and communicated with Cookie when he was just a pup. This communication is lost for every dog that comes into a human home. The art of communication is lost. We just needed to re-introduce that lost language - where we can start the communication process over again. This serves Cookie very well - in that in his brain there is a recall of what seemed a lost art from the canine family to the human family. And from that point on - it is all natural again. From the moment Jakob entered the house I knew I had made the right decision. We have a two and a half year old female dobermann who has experienced a few changes in her short life, my husband returning to work and has become so very close to me, every one knows this breed are Velcro dogs!!!
I acknowledged to Jakob during our comprehensive discussion prior to his visit that she has become boss, and in part have overcomromised and allowed this to happen.
Well it's been only 6 days since his visit and we're diligently working with her, speaking her language, and what a notable difference 6 days make! OMGAs Jakob continues to reassure me, we're taking those baby steps.
I would absolutely recommend
Jakob in guiding you and your muck loved fur baby to have the best relationship ever
P.S have ticked only the boxes we've worked on to date. Have more to work on

However I believe that we both feel that it was warranted and required as all dogs are different, just as humans are. Each case has its own merits and that is where the work begins. As I tell all my clients - there is no magic here - and I could not do the work without you - especially after I leave our first lesson together. As you say - there is still work to be done - for Grace to be the canine companion she was born to be in your pack/family. Baby steps!!! I would highly recommend the training I have received from Barkbusters via Michelle Reay. I have found her competent, reliable, flexible and very approachable and her firmness coupled with gentleness has worked wonders for Kiki in a short time. I have appreciated her patience with my shortcomings and know that Kiki and I would not have done so well as part of a training group.
