Kelly was lovely to deal with on the phone, and helpful and engaging in person. She explained everything well and was patient with our (many) questions. Kelly demonstrated clear techniques we could use when training Maggie, and gave us ample opportunities to practice them in front of her with Maggie ourselves. Kelly is open and happy to be contacted for further questions and follow-up. We were happy with the quick progress Maggie showed after only one or two days since Kelly had visited, and know we have a much happier dog. I am now very hopeful for the future with our dog. We thought that there was no chance of helping our dog but within an hour our dog was completely changed. We are so impressed with the improvement we have seen. Barkbusters operate differently to normal trainers where they train the owner to communicate with their dog rather than rewarding and training the dog. We have learnt ways to train and help our overreactive dog who wouldn’t listen. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

I had a phone call a few weeks from the power meter man, to let me know that my dog speedy was not jumping on him. The best part is now that my 6 year old son can go outside without fearing that the dog we jump on him, After only having 2 sessions with bark buster. Thank you for all your help so far

In just one visit Emma had our super excited Kelpie following our commands, using manners and being calm around visitors. It's just the start of our training journey but we were so happy and confident in the tools that Emma gave us. Everything was explained well and made sense. Love that the support is ongoing and already looking forward to our followup.

Excellent like a different dog

Laura provided us with a comprehensive 2+ hour session. We went through some background info, some great theory and then on to the 'hands on' practice. It was invaluable - I learned so much and was able to apply it straight away with Tilly which was fabulous. Well worth the investment. Laura has a deep understanding of dogs and how to get the best from them. I'm sure I'll be getting more refresher courses along the way - Thank you Laura!

Great first training class! Very in-depth and we learnt a lot. We also witnessed some immediate positive changes in our dog (and ourselves) and are looking forward to continuing training and adapting.

I was very impressed how Emma was able to tailor a standard training system to meet the needs of my disabled sister. Emma was able to converse the requirements of the training very well and the dog responded accordingly. Look forward to future sessions and guidance from Emma.
