Had our first session with Glen from Bark Busters who helped us with our two Rottweilers Bella and Bruno. Already after the first session they were both walking by our side without pulling on the lead and Glen also managed to walk both of them without pulling as well. Had a really good first training session with Glen and my two reactive dogs. Glen takes the time to explain the why behind his training methods which makes sense to myself and to my dogs. Training is very humane which is a relief and it's effective. My dogs were amazing in my first session, still lots of work to do but I feel we are on the right track with Glen as I have tried a few methods which have not been as effective. PS. My reactive dog could not get enough of Glen which to me speaks for itself :)

We have a 9-month-old mastiff cross (37 kg) who was overly excited, making it impossible for me to walk her alone - since my partner works away, it’s been very hard on all of us. Before working with Glen, she would jump on anyone passing by and drag me along the floor if she wanted to meet another dog. After just a few hours with Glen, she now walks on a loose lead with me by myself! Glen also helped us address her habit of chewing on our shoes, pot plants, and other items. We have a 2.5kg chihuahua that was also misbehaving, prompting the mastiff to follow which he gave us some pointers on and helped out with her issues as well. He was a real lifesaver, and we’re excited to enjoy our newly improved puppy.

Glen is a absoulute dog whisperer! We couldnt believe how in one session Blaze responded so well to the training and commands- he was like a completely different dog. This being Blazes second time around after a very negative experience with another company I was skeptical. Glen was patient and no question was a stupid question. He took the time to get to know Blaze and what we are wanting to achieve and personalise a plan just for him. Blaze is not the only one that learnt something today the whole family did from the information Glen presented. We are looking very much forward to our next session, the meet ups and all that will come in between. Thankyou Glen for everything from all of us You have given us the tools and most of all confidence to embark on this new journey with Blaze and we can't thank you enough.

I could notice a difference with my two French bulldogs straight away in the first session with Glen. He teaches the dogs as well as the owner with simple and very effective strategies.

I’ve had the best experience with Maureen with our nearly 1 year old French bulldog! Indi use to be really dominate with my partner and I and never listened. We are so grateful to have found Bark Busters! Our 9 year old girl, Bonnie, has been struggling with separation anxiety for most of her life with us. She has always been a constant barker and is always waiting to eat our dinner at the table, begging for her bit. We contacted Bark Busters after our Labradoodle pup was receiving some ‘grumbles’ of complaints from our neighbours regarding her barking while we were not home. While we had tried many techniques to resolve the issue ourselves, though we were struggling to find a solution to stop the barking while we were not physically home to be able to do so. And so we came to Bark Busters! After just one consolation with Maureen, we saw an immediate noticeable improvement in our pups behavior, both a reduction in barking and improvement in her overall responsiveness to commands & the re-establishment of authority in the household. All achieved through the implementation of a few small (but very effective) changes! Maureen was an absolute pleasure to work with! She took the time to make sure she understood the situation & circumstances of which we needed her help to address and provided a thorough approach to solve for each! She ensured that we understood fully the reasoning and theory behind each task/change & provided very refreshing clarity for all of our questions as they popped up! Since our first consultation, and subsequent follow up appointment/s Maureen has made sure to keep in contact & be available for any questions we have had & any extra support we have required. We couldn’t recommend Bark Busters/Maureen more highly! She has been a tremendous source of information; clarity & guidance and we’ve seen remarkable results (very quickly) in our pup. Omg what a change in less than 3 hrs, we needed to merge our households, Blue Heeler x that really does dislike anyone except her Staffy x brother… add a ShiPoo male and Chihuahua that thinks she’s 10ft tall… sounds like a recipe for disaster. Some basic training and discussion about diet and we have 4 very different dogs. Thank you, Glen, absolutely blown away but so happy we cal all live together now.

Our BarkBusters trainer (Maureen) has been awesome. We have a golden retriever puppy (energetic to day the least) and saw an instant improvement in a multitude of areas after the first visit. Fast forward 2 months and she is like a different dog. We have seen continued improvement and is an absolute joy to have around. Can recommend Maureen highly enough.
