Cat arrived at our home on her first visit with confidence and professionalism and was fully prepared. From the get-go she was knowledgeable of the Bark Busters training philosophy and reassuring that our dog, Betty, would respond well to the training methods. Cat observed our dog and listened carefully to our behavioural concerns. She showed us training techniques and was patient and non judgemental of our first attempts to implement new methods. Cat followed through, as promised, by sending notes specifically written for us after her observations of our dog's behaviour and reactions to us. It has been extremely useful to have these to refer to in conjunction with the Barkbuster's training pack. We're looking forward to our second session with Cat to learn more and are trying hard to be consistent in implementing what we have learnt so far. Our dog, only 8 months, is improving, but we're appreciative of the support that we'll have during her lifetime, as she develops and grows. We're very happy with Bark Buster's passive approach.

When I first met Michelle, she had such a strong energy about her and it immediately made me feel safe and in the right hands and confident because she was confident and it gave me hope that I too could get control of my dog and my beautiful girl Roxy’s training. Michelle is like the dog whisperer. She is fantastic and there's nothing she doesn’t know about training. She knows about the right diets for dogs. She also sells special harnesses and collars and leashes that are such high-quality that I’m amazed. For instance the leash I will be buying from Michelle has a really fluffy almost like an UGG boot fluff around the handle so your hands don’t get Sore when you’re walking your dog and the collar works fantastically and I’m about to start trying their harness that clips on at the chest instead of the back because it prevents more pulling when it’s on the chest. Michelle is a wealth of knowledge but also practically she knows what she’s doing and my dog has had results after one session. I couldn’t be more grateful and I look forward to our next session where we go out onto the streets for actual walking training and if I need more training after that I’m investing in that because that’s how we love our dogs isn’t it My friends? They are our family and we do whatever we can if we can afford it to get them the best training possible and I went to the obedience training school in Toowoomba and they rejected my dog and said she was not trainable and after three hours with Michelle my dog doesn’t barge out the back door. Now she waits and sits and waits for her release word which is “GO” and then she goes out the door like a good girl? And she enjoys it because Dog need leaders and they need their owners to be strong for them. I give this service a five star and if I could give it a 10 star I would do that as well because I love my puppy so much and I thought it was a hopeless case and I would never get the help I needed and I could not recommend Bark busters enough. There are no words you just have to try it for yourself.

Glen from Bark Busters was warm & friendly, and took instant control of our German Shepherd ‘Knoxy’ who was frankly in control of us. We learnt in minutes techniques to direct our dog to be submissive and obedient. Glen put the control back in our hands and never once made us feel like we were the problem, when in fact we taught our dog the bad problems. I would highly recommend Bark Busters to anyone who wants a better behaved and obedient pet. This has been the best birthday gift I’ve ever had. While it's been a week since Winston and I had our first session the changes have been great. The main reason for seeing Philippa was Winston's barking and this has reduced dramatically, I'm able to control this very quickly and easily. Winston is also good now with opening the baby gates and doors to other areas of the house, he now sits and waits for me to say yes. We do still need to do work on this when he's excited and we have visitors, especially is Aunty and cousins who are just as excited to see him. Winston is a a cocker who wants what he wants so recall, jumping and mouthing are something we still need to work on but I'm confident that we'll ace these as well with Philippa's support.

Amazing! We were at a loss as to how to address some behavioural issues displayed by Charlie and weren't sure how/ if they could be addressed. Glen came and within two and a half hours we could see a dramatic shift in the way Charlie responded to not only commands, but just general behaviour. It was a great learning not only how to communicate effectively with Charlie, but the basis as to how to communicate. Highly recommend Glen and the Barkbuster approach to training!!!
